I'm going to miss these garden fresh tomatoes......
My favorite salad is the capri salad. I changed it up tonight using goat cheese.. really good!! of course you have to use a good mild goat cheese like La bonne vie. And no Basil this time, I'm thinking it would not go well with this cheese.
